Termination
Just Cause Advocacy may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding any damages you might incur, the entire liability of Just Cause Advocacy and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms—and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing—shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the Service or 100 USD if you haven’t purchased anything through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Just Cause Advocacy or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, business interruption, personal injury, or loss of privacy), even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” with all faults and defects, without warranty of any kind. Without limitation, Just Cause Advocacy makes no representation or warranty that:

United States Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that:
(i) You are not located in a country that is subject to a United States government embargo or has been designated as a “terrorist supporting” country; and
(ii) You are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Severability and Waiver
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be interpreted to accomplish its purpose to the greatest extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Failure to exercise a right or enforce an obligation under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or obligation. A waiver of one breach does not waive any subsequent breaches.
Translation Interpretation
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if made available in multiple languages. The original English version shall prevail in case of a dispute.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
Just Cause Advocacy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, reasonable efforts will be made to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to the new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Just Cause Advocacy’s discretion.
By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions take effect, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the website and the Service.
